every day I try to maintain 10,000 steps a day. I have a full time tech job, and class at night. I'm in bed early on the nights I don't have class, the days I do,I'm in bed by 10pm. I am up around 4:00 am sometimes 4:30. by 6 am I am putting in 45 mins to 60 mins of walking on the treadmill. I'll walk 2 miles, 5,000 steps. while I'm at work I'll take the stairs instead of the elevator or the escalator. 4 flights of stairs.
as of today I weigh in at 234 lbs.
